 WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

(1:16) 4. What are the most uncomfortable topics for allies or persons not of color? As a POC what are some techniques I can use to effectively engage in these crucial conversations with allies who aren’t educated? How do we disarm allies so they don’t feel attacked, or guilty during discussions?

(12:33) 5. I'm reading how to be an antiracist, and it's taught me that it's best to point out when people use/say/do something racist because they may not realize that what they are doing/saying/using is racist - but how is the best way to have that conversation without making that person defensive?
