About the Inclusion 1st™ Project

The Inclusion 1st™ Project is a collaborative exploration of Inclusion created by the questions and discourse of allyship in the Anti-racist Movement. By creating a safe space for honest dialog and examination of our true thoughts and behaviors, we hope that the data gathered via this introspective Q&A format will lead to new modes of learning and new action-oriented tools. We are seeking out insights that will help all allies who are willing to begin to unlearn racism, from the inside out, and build frameworks that put inclusion 1st, helping people to embark confidently onto their life long journey of anti-racism.
